Hello,

When I try to run two accounts on RuneMate it keeps giving me an error message saying, "Please close your existing game before you start another one".

I thought free RuneMate accounts were allowed two accounts to be playing?

You probably closed one of your sessions in an unexpected manner so the server hasn't timed your session out yet. Please try again in 15 mins or so.
