I tried to login to my runemate account earlier, and I guess I typed the wrong pass in 3 times. I have a set of passwords for my social stuff, and a set of passwords for my bots, mixed with pre-existing passwords for rs hand played. I clicked 'reset my password' and I have to know my old password to do it. Is there a way to verify who I am via email, and unlock my runemate account? I am supporter. (not special, i just paid for this shit)

OMG. I was using the wrong email. 99% of this stuff is user error. I knew it was. I just needed guidance. Thank you.
 
checked the correct email address, and I have no emails about my password.
 
I found my original password and changed it. I still don't know what will happen if I forget my password. I guess I will just fork over another $3.
