You've got to bare in mind that sometimes in life, folks can get a little busy - I'm assuming as it was an e-cheque, it didn't hit the API endpoint so the forum usergroup wasn't applied automatically.

If you haven't received your Supporter status it means the payment hasn't reached us yet. Would need Arbiter to confirm though.
