It seems the bot is currently broken (after RuneMate update). Not sure if it's bot-specific or it's a RuneMate error but:

RemoteException occurred in server thread; nested exception is:
java.rmi.UnmarshalException: error unmarshalling arguments; nested exception is:
java.lang.ClassNotFoundException: com.runemate.commons.internal.locations.TileArea (no security manager: RMI class loader disabled)

Basically the bot stops after 5 seconds or so! Be careful when using the bot right now so that you don't waste money.

Was a client issue that is now resolved if you restart all rm + osrs clients. LMK if you need a refund and how much if so.

Used this for hours and hours without an issue, but today when I set it and went out it just stood at the bank for 5 hours on end for no reason. Am I likely to get a ban for this? Wasn't even repeating an action. Could I also get a refund as it only completed 1 game in almost 6 hours. Log attached

It's possible but IMO not likely. Since it was in a bank you probably didn't get reported, and bans usually happen when a bot gets stuck repeating an obvious interaction bug. Refunded for 6h.

Hello. I had the bot crash on me twice today. Once within 12 minutes after starting and the bot stopped with an error message. I sent in an error message with the runemate client. I restarted it and it seemed to run fine for about 20 minutes so I stopped babysitting it. I just checked my computer again and found my character sitting in lumbridge. Thankfully was wearing rol, but the script was still running and was at 1 hour 10 minutes with only 80k xp, so it had been standing in lumbridge for over 30 minutes. Are you able to look at my run info to see what the issue is/was? A refund on the time would be appreciated as well. Ive loved your bot and used it for quite a few hours so far from 60-92fm, and would like to continue to use it once it is stable again.

iv noticed as of late that the bot is a little slow at repairing and relighting the brazier, is it possible you could look into it? it didnt used to do that. its been about 5 months since i used it last and i just started back up i put 20 hours in so far and noticed this.

I would argue the exact opposite. The bot regularly gets 800-1000 points (with fletching), lights the braziers, when the cold damages you it nearly instantly starts fueling the brazier again.. In my opinion this bot is one of the most, if not the most human-like bot I have ever used. It has also gotten me to 99 before and is halfway to getting 2 more accounts at the same time to 99 right now. Are you using the burn only option maybe?

got charged for 9 hours last night for 30 minutes of working, then broken. I have a screenshot i can attach that shows i only got 40k xp during the entire 9 hour session. Can I get a refund just for last night mate? other than that its good

Going to be trying to give the bot some TLC soon to improve relighting and fixing braziers. Been very busy recently so I haven't gotten to it yet.

Many other users have had the complete opposite experience and opinion, which makes me think it may be an issue on your end. Do you have a reliable internet connection? Also, are you confident your PC is sufficient? If you have an older computer, runemate's options to disable rendering or limit frames may help.
