I did something dumb and forever ago I got rid of the phone that had my 2 factor for my old runemate account, Zaust. I can't get onto it anymore, but I'd like to recover it somehow. Can staff help me out with that by any chance? I have access to the email, I know the password, and I can otherwise prove that it's be through some private conversations with Arbiter that I had a few years ago.

Unfortunately if you did not save your back up codes (which you are reminded to do so) then you (or we) won't be able to recover the account.

not even if i have receipts of purchasing credits? there is no way to acess the account? is there any way to transfer funds from that account to another account that i have access to now?
