I am new to paid runemate bots, I had a couple of earlier free accounts but lost the 2fa info..

The issue is as follows:

I added "CHIEF AERIAL FISHER"
I tried to run the bot/script but it got stuck while starting, I thought that it might be an issue with the script and I guessed that should restart it. I did restart it 3 more times.

Now, all in all, I used the bot for no more than 1 minute, it practically didn't initiate and got stuck, but I got billed for the whole hour which is unfair since the bot/script was faulty, it kept on getting stuck trying to "zoom out"!

0.20$ is a minor amount to some, but it kind of isn't to me due to 3rd world issues, could I please get a refund on them?

As this isn't really the right place to post this, the response you're likely going to receive is something like:

Why am I charged every time I start an instance?
Upon starting the bot you will be charged for the first hour of use. If you only run the bot for 30 minutes, you will still have been charged for the full hour. If you stop the bot manually and restart it, you will be charged again. If the bot breaks, doesn't work or you are overcharged and you feel as though you deserve a refund, post in the relevant forum thread for the bot you are using, providing supporting evidence (eg: how the bug occurred and log files) and it is at the author's discretion whether they refund you.

If you are having issues with individual bots, please post in the appropriate forum thread and report the bug to the Bot Author so they can fix it.

Next time Just pm me the log, or hit me up on discord, there's a client bug when interacting with options. Just manually zoom all the way out, my bad should of updated instructions. Thanks @CuppaJava
