Send me the log, I'm getting around 30k xp/h in the lower level which I assume it's quite fast.
 
Are you running the game in fixed mode?
im getting 35k xp/hr at 87 mining on the upper level. sending you current log at almost 2 hour progress. The unrequired fixing of the water wheels has a big impact on xp rates.

edit: yes fixed mode.

Try resizable mode, client had some model rendering issues in that mode. There were some updates made to it (hence why I posted the ladder should be fixed now), but I guess the problem still happens.

The bot is now functional in the upper area, however it is still frustratingly slow. There just seems to be unnecessary pauses between every single action.

edit: still misclicking ladder, still using dragon pickaxe special at the bank and still fixing the struts unnecessarily.
Can you send me a screenshot of what the screen looks like as it's trying to click the ladder and missclicking, or preferably a video demonstrating it?

I've found the bot pauses and temporarily stops infront of the rock fall things and can take up to 20 seconds to figure out its stuck and clear them...
Any thoughts on adding a 'random location' mode? So it cycles through the locations?

There's still a bug (at least when mining on the east side) which is where I was. After the break handler logged back in to the east side of the mine, it attempted to open the bank chest as it's first port of call. It got stuck in what would have been an endless loop as I was trapped by the fallen rocks. I moved to the west side and will keep an eye open for east-siders... I mean.. the bot getting stuck after the break

Bot isnt climbing upper level ladder properly, also it s working very slowly and should have faster speed options.

yeah i second that. ive found it very slow and the ladder issue is happening at the top and bottom of ladder. also having a hopper issue when it has to deposit where it will sit there at bottom of ladder for ages. not sure if its related to the wheels? i found that if i rotate the screen it fixes it. (playing on resizable mode)
 
update***** ok guys i got banned from using this. didnt use anything other than this and the quick miner pro bot so its either that or this and im assuming with the ladder issues it was this. Guys just wait until its all sorted because its high traffic and fagex are obviously watching. Just a heads up before you all say its my fault etc. ive never had an account banned from botting. current 99s are magic range fishing cooking and another account with 87 mining. all without ban or anything so i do know what im doing and im not just throwing blame randomly. I understand that there ARE issues atm and just warning others so they dont have same problem i had :)

Sorry to hear about your ban! Jagex issues delayed bans so it's really hard (if not impossible) to pinpoint an exact bot that caused you to get caught. I'm looking to address the problems you mentioned, do you maybe still have the log which you could send me via DM?

anybody else found their account trying to mine some vein with full inventory of ores? :eek: i did once.
woke up this morning with this, set to south side, 57 ore mined running for 9 hours, down in the bottom corridor with full invt of coal etc assumed it got in a loop just after i went to sleep :(

bot has trouble banking will just stand there and not bank using east side if that matters at all.

Yeah latest update broke something, worked great all of last week but I found it idling constantly by west side twice yesterday. Once with an inventory of ore. Seems like it can't open the bank chest so it just idles around? Even if I manually deposit it will idle afterwards. Requesting a refund for yesterday and todays hours if possible, I saw you said you were willing if logs were provided.

Still waiting for a revert from 1.1.25 or a fix of the bug, kinda unusable right now unfortunately.
It indeed seems like last update broke something. I'll prepare a fix for it and release it asap!

I USE THIS BOT VERYVERY OFTEN, ALWAYS HANGS UP GOING BACK TO MINING, IT LEAVES BANK AFTER DEPOSITING ALL ORES, AND GETS STUCK AT THE TUNNEL AND GOES IN AND OUT BOTH WAYS OVER AND OVER AGAIN INSTEAD OF GOING UP THE STAIRS, I PAY GOOD MONEY, PLEASY JUST FIX THIS ONE PROBLEM, I HAVE TO BABYSIT AND I DONT WANT TO PAY TO BABYSIT! 3 STAR
