Jagex served me a 2 day ban. I have the option to appeal, but is there a chance that they turn my 2 day into a permanent ban? I'd like to get the ban quashed, but if there is a risk of losing the account permanently on appeal I'd rather not appeal at all and just wait it out.

Generally speaking, the only time Jagex will reverse or appeal a ban, is if you can prove you, as the original creator, weren't in control of the account at the time of the botting.

It's unlikely they will upgrade it to a permanent ban, but at the end of the day it's their game, their account, their rules, and they can do as they please.

Thanks for your input. After some consideration I've decided to just take the L and sit this one out.
