Recently joined RM and bought supporter rank within the first week. RM says I've used my 200 hours when my 'usage' states I have not.

Also wanted to know when the extra hours will be applied my hour limit, is it from when I bought it or for the next 30 days. Regardless, having used 192 hours I don't understand how I've reached the limit.

If this has already been covered somewhere else, I apologise.

No, I bought $2, is this what the problem is? My mistake, thought it would give +200 to the free user limit if I bought $2.

$2 is for base access to Supporter rank (and thus supporter bots), the additional hours start to be added at $3 (for an extra 100 hours).

Correct - if you purchased an additional 2 hours now, you would have an additional 200 hours added to your total until your original subscription expired (when you would go back to the same situation you are now, with one active $2 sub).

They need to change it when u buy the hours. $2 says u get 200 hours, Why not give them the hours if they paid for it. its like the only bot ive seen that does this. ive seen so many people with this problem
