Would you suggest using NMZ with all melee bosses and prayer potions for melee protect on a 40/60/40 account with 50 or 51 hp? Or do you reckon other training spots are better exp.

Training spots are better imo. I always recommend that if you wanna do NMZ you do a couple runs yourself and use ovl/absorptions.

Yes it does use rapid heal as default when using the Adsorption option, and ive used it for 48 hours straight at points... not one ban

i more thinking if their is a conflicting problem when botting on the acc then playing legit in osbuddy or something.. and does is support clicking rapid heal or also support quick prayers.

osbuddy work with runemate? instead of official rs client. and what about resizeable. this script support that currently?.

It actually opens the Prayer tab and clicks Rapid Heal, does not support Quick Prayers to my knowledge. RM currently only works with official client, so no it can't be used with OSBuddy. Most bots work with fixed and resizable mode unless otherwise specified by the author.

Bot is stable and I have also run it for 48 hours.

Okay thx. i just thought flicking qp seems less bot like . since it faster... then most people would use it over clicking rapid heal. for e.g if i played on osbuddy legit i would flick qp since its easier. wondering if they will detect on legit client i use rapid heal on osbuddy i use quick prayers sought of thing..

Also what i ment was i would bott on the acc.. by using official client in runemate.. then play legit on osbuddy. i would only be botting on official through runemate, never playing legit.. and would only play legit through osbuddy. so no issues with that right? or any flags going of so i get banned?

You'll never do that on OSB again - so it's not an issue.

What stats and other things do you recommend for the bot to work at best? I've never done it before so want to make sure I'm getting optimal performance.
