I'm not a specialist, but here is my opinion:
Combat levels are nice, rest is decent. Has decently many quest points, I think it would make a great starter main for people that want to skip low level content.
Depending on which relevant quests have been done, i would assume $70-$90.

I'm sorry for getting off topic but why is it almost everyone that first joins posts selling a account. It's as if you have been here before but I digress. Anyways, combat is alright besides that if you got a qpc it'd bring the price up.
