You need to install the official Old School RuneScape client.

Go to the OSRS website, download it and install it. Then reboot your computer and load RuneMate again

RuneMate does not work with RuneScape 3, and you are trying to install the RuneScape 3 NXT Launcher.

RuneMate only supports Old School RuneScape. If you want to download the official OSRS client, you can do that here: Old School RuneScape - Download Old School RS
