Resolved Paid $25 (2500hrs) and says I'm out of hours

So you still can't use it even though it's been like 5 days? How many hours does it say you botted now? The only person who can do anything about it is @Arbiter and he's away at the moment. I'll link him to the thread but i can't guarantee he'll be online.

I'm sorry for not being able to assist you properly. Unfortunately, despite my rank as an admin I can't access much more information than you can regarding this issue, however I am looking into it. You are indeed at 700ish hours used in the last 30 days, however I'm unsure about a few details in the implementation that I would like @Arbiter to clarify just to be sure. First of all though, if you've ran a local bot than it's time may not be being displayed yet (it's at least on our to-do list). Secondly, it's also worth noting that from the daily view, if it's 3pm today, it will not be rendering roughly 15 hours of data that is also included in that total (right @Arbiter?). Furthermore, I'm also not sure if it's the current moment in time from 30 days prior or instead if it's the current moment in time of the prior month (aka, the amount of days in a given month may or may not effect it, but I'm hoping @Arbiter will clarify because I'm realizing we need to make a F.A.Q. thread for because this is getting wasteful...)

Ah ok... Well I didn't run any local bots. I used the official RuneMate client always. Hopefully I can use my remaining hrs as my gold farming is halted since a week or so.. :( thanks for trying, hopefully fixed ASAP...?

If you are found to be correct in suspecting that the system is wrong, your days left will be extended by the amount missed and any hours you should have been able to use will be available to you. It's just a matter of waiting for @Arbiter to be available to look into things.

As suspected, it doesn't look like the payment hasn't cleared through PayPal yet. These delays can be expected with eCheck payments as is well-documented on the Internet. If you feel that this is a mistake then please send me a direct message with the Transaction ID. You can also contact PayPal to verify the status of the transaction. To avoid delays in the future I would advise paying with something other than eCheck.

What are you talking about? I've gotten 2k hrs already, USED ~1k already and I can't use the remaining ~1k hrs. You already GOT the payment as I was able to use the first 1k hrs...

That transaction was made on 10/08/2016 and as such expired on 11/08/2016. No transactions have since been made.

No... You get a month to use them... @Arbiter this is further proof that we need an FAQ thread explaining every detail of the system.
Yeah please... I thought one time payment waas just buying the hrs and using them.. Then when I'm done with it, I'd buy more.

One time payment just means it won't bill you again each month automatically.

The language of the terms was very clear on the Upgrade page i.e. "up to ... hours a month". I sympathize that you misunderstood, but there's nothing we can do about it. In the future, please consider re-reading to better understand and if there is still any confusion seek clarification. Additionally, we will look into writing an FAQ in which we repeat the terms in multiple ways in unnecessarily wordy language, so as to make mistaking it more inexcusable than it already is.

What you have to appreciate is that if we help one person, we open the flood gates for everyone else to jump on the band-wagon. Given only one person has the ability to do that, it's not a viable option, I'm afraid.
