Paid 10$ on 12.30 for credits. No issues in the past. The payment posted on Paypal and my credit card. I called Citibank and they said the funds were sent and I put a ticket in to Paypal to see if anything is down on their end but I've sent several other transactions in the last 2 days including one to Germany and one to Japan so I don't think it's an issue on my PP. Can I get a hand?
