Bot is kinda slow. When the inventory is full it sits for a while before dropping. While dropping it'll stop occasionally for a second. Then once it's done dropping it stand there again for a bit.
 
edit: at Piscatoris, when the fishing spot goes away, the bot just stands there. It doesn't try to find a new fishing spot.
