Bug Not one to really complain but ive lost quite a bit of money.

Ive lost somewhere between $10-20 USD between bots not working or crashing on startup. I would love atleast part of this refunded but i do understand if that's not feasible. Thank you for taking the time to read this post <3

We made a pretty big change to the comms layer yesterday which is causing some issues - we're working to get these issues resolved, hopefully have everything fixed in the next few hours :)

thank you i appreciate the response. Its been happening since august or so, but if im unable to be refunded ill be a little frustrated but it wont be the end of the world. I appreciate the service you guys provide :D

Why am I charged every time I start an instance?
Upon starting the bot you will be charged for the first hour of use. If you only run the bot for 30 minutes, you will still have been charged for the full hour. If you stop the bot manually and restart it, you will be charged again. If the bot breaks, doesn't work or you are overcharged and you feel as though you deserve a refund, post in the relevant forum thread for the bot you are using, providing supporting evidence (eg: how the bug occurred and log files) and it is at the author's discretion whether they refund you.
