Not sure what the cause is as i've not changed anything, can't seem to rectify it short of re-starting my client.

Usually can't start a new bot after ~10hrs or so of botting on a single session.

Which bots does this happen with? All bots? And what are your system specs?

This is a pretty generic issue, hard to pinpoint, but it's likely a bug with specific bots.

Have you tried the methods detailed in the FAQ? Tutorial - RuneMate Spectre – Common Issues & Troubleshooting

RuneMate has run out of accessible memory, try allocating...
Increase allocated memory to the Runemate shortcut. Add "-Xmx1300M" to the Target in the properties window:

Hello! I am not an expert in this domain, but you should get the issue fixed as fast as possible. If you encounter problems and do not solve them, you might end up losing your data in the worst-case scenario. This happened to me not long ago. I had an issue with my PC, and I thought I was able to fix it on my own since it didn't look that serious. Well, I made it worse, and the PC crashed. Then I discovered I lost all the data after repairing it. I requested help from the platform salvagedata.com. Thanks to them, I got everything back.
