Honestly 1-2 bonds should be plenty to suicide those stats to 99. I got 99 runecrafting in 10 days botting around 20 hours a day on a recent account. If you bot for a while by goldfarming, you can earn the money needed (right now 16m) for the 2 bonds in no time. I would recommend this much more than playing f2p, as you'll get so much better rates in p2p that it will be worth it.
 

Legacy is the only way to go.
EOC is just way too much thrown at me, I like it more so focused on the 2010 style.

EOC is very confusing to start, but trust me, it's worth the investment to learn. Throw on revolution and it's afkable which makes great for botting, and regenerate means no food needed for training pretty much Plus, I've found that most of the time you hit better with standard training armor in EOC.
