It has been a month and I've finished my 200 hours but my hours aren't resetting. My first day of botting was 11th November.

I've read through these already, it's literally a case of my hours aren't resetting after 30 days. Like I understand how it all works, just confused as to why my hours aren't resetting.
Could you screenshot your services tab for me?

-snip-

I'm using private wifi in my apartment
There are 2 other accounts linked to your IP, one registered on sunday and one registered yesterday.
I'm guessing these are yours as you're on your private wifi?

I've never made more than 1 account I wanted to wait for my hours to reset

Should I try to reset my router? It's not really an apartment it's more like university dormitories but the wifi routers are all separate.

Oh hmm, then I guess the ips may rotate around there. Not really sure what to do about this one if that is the case.

It changed and says used 200 out of 200 instead of -3
Because the hours from exactly one month ago are expiring. You won't go straight to 0 after a month, it just tracks the usage of the last month (30 days).

Ahh okay got you. Sorry to be a nuisance and asking so many things, but will I have to wait another month before I can bot again?

No. You get the hours you botted 30 days ago back today.

Read: Tutorial - Billing and Payment FAQ

Hour System:
The hour system works on a 30 day period. If you are a free user, you are able to bot up to a maximum of 200 hours in one single 30 day period. You can view your current hours usage here, by filtering by "Last 30 Days" Log in | Community | RuneMate

Bot hours don't just "reset" at a given time. Your remaining hours are calculated by subtracting the hours you've used in the last 30 days from the total hours that you bought. Here's an example:

Let's say today is October 1st, and you buy 3000 hours. Let's say that you use 100 hours every day. On October 31st (30 days later), you run out of hours, so you can't bot anymore. On the next day (November 1st), you'll regain the hours that you used 30 days ago (October 1st's hours), meaning that you'll have another 100 hours to bot with. The day after that you'll regain the hours you used on October 2nd, giving you another 100 hours, etc.

He understands how the hour system works, the issue is that he seems to be sharing IP with others on his university(?) who are also RuneMate users.
