Isn't there a button that does it for you? Like Account Recovery or something you just put in the info and it'll email you a pass reset if it gets approved.

Is this a RuneMate account lock or a RuneScape account lock? We can only help with the former and it takes 3-5 incorrect attempts to get locked out and it will last for 15 minutes.

You should read the thread you are posting in. It says if you wait 15 minutes it will be unlocked.
