I found this amazing bot yesterday I used the 7 free hours. No it say I got the monthly limit. So my quesition is do I have to pay for be botting more than 7 hours monthly?

Yes. Bots on this site are charged per hour, so if you're already intending to put money on runemate, there's really nothing you can be burned by. Most are 5-10 cents an hour, meaning 10$ of credit gets you at least 100 hours.

Thanks I found out, Its 7 hours a day, and it will restart the same time I started it and not when a new day starts
