I have Runemate on my laptop, but when trying to download it on my PC, I keep getting an error for failure to download missing resources. Has anyone found a fix for this?

I've already uninstalled and reinstalled, turn off firewall, reset the computer. Uninstalled and reinstalled runelite.

I've done that as well, even fully uninstalled RuneLite and RuneMate, then in order I installed RuneMate, installed RuneLite, started RuneMate, started RuneLite. It got past the missing resources 1 time so far, but then said it failed to communicate over connections bridge.
