Quite hard to understand what exactly you are saying/asking.

As @Serene posted, please have a read through the Billing FAQ thread and if you have any questions, let us know.

I guess he's trying to say that he bought supporter rank on the 4th of january, and between the 4th and the 14th.. he's spent 186 hours, so he should have 114 hours left to spend.

- You know by opening the client, you're spending time right? also with break handlers etc. that also does NOT pause the "clock".
And that if you botted the free hours you get, and then upgraded to supporter.. you only get 100+ extra hours (for a total of 300).

No, this is not correct. Simply having the RuneMate client in the background will NOT use up your hours.

If you are running a bot however, then yes it will use you hours.

Really? I had runemate open without a runescape client opened for 8 hours because I was in a rush for work, came back and it used up 8 hours. So I'm not sure, but I was logged into runemate.

So are you going to implement more hours for me or what?

The Services page lists your available, used, and remaining hours. The source of those numbers should be very obvious. There is no mistake here. If you are struggling to understand please refer to the FAQ linked above and your third-grade teacher for basic analytical skills.

cant you just make some kind of vip (20$/month or something) and you can bot as much as you want with as many instances as you want?

Not even going to justify this with a proper response. Instead you get this,
