i bought 20 credits through paypal, it took a few days to be cleared because i used bank transfer instead of debit card. everything already cleared and processed, but i still havnt received my credits on my account. arbiter never replies to my messages. any other admin can help?

Can you ask arbiter to reply to messages? I sent 2 messages on the day i purchased the credit and a couple days ago. Not a single reply.

Yeah from Jan 10th is definitely longer than acceptable. I'll pass the info along. Have you sent him the transaction ID? Also probably worth sending an email to the address provided in the receipt you will have received from Paypal, I believe it's [email protected].
