i paid 6 dolars total. one payment of 3 dolars and another of 3 dolars. i used it up to 374 hours, however now my stacked payments are gone.

what should i do?

Hour System:
The hour system works on a 30 day period. If you are a free user, you are able to bot up to a maximum of 200 hours in one single 30 day period. You can view your current hours usage here, by filtering by "Last 30 Days" Log in | Community | RuneMate

Bot hours don't just "reset" at a given time. Your remaining hours are calculated by subtracting the hours you've used in the last 30 days from the total hours that you bought. Here's an example:

Let's say today is October 1st, and you buy 3000 hours. Let's say that you use 100 hours every day. On October 31st (30 days later), you run out of hours, so you can't bot anymore. On the next day (November 1st), you'll regain the hours that you used 30 days ago (October 1st's hours), meaning that you'll have another 100 hours to bot with. The day after that you'll regain the hours you used on October 2nd, giving you another 100 hours, etc.

nay, i bought the first subscription even before reaching 3h total bot time ever.

then, i bought store money to use on paid scripts.
on 22 october (or around this date) i ran out of my 300 botting hours, so i made another payment of 3 dollars to get plus 300 hours. i checked the allowed hours and i could see that i had 600 hours listed on the same place as previous screenshot, but from yesterday to today i just cant start any bot

The upgrade you made on September 30th expired today, October 30th. This reduces your allowed hours to 300/mo.

shouldn't the used hours from the first period be also deducted from used time?

in the period of 30 sep to 23 oct nov i used 300 hours

these hours should be available again by oct 30 (yesterday).

on 23 oct i made another upgrade,paying more 3 bucks.

Now my account had 600 hours total, but with 300 already used..​

would these hours be counted starting from 30 sep or , shouldnt the "used" hours be reduced also?
