This is a fix for your low fps legacy client.
This will allow you to choose which gpu to run your game(s) through on windows 10 and hopefully get rid of the fps client lag. It worked for me.

no, will just smooth out fps lag if you have it. high cpu usage will most likely always be there as legacy client takes so much to run

This is why support for x64 3rd party clients, like runelite is needed, because runemate just does not get enough ram as 32 bit and starts lagging hard after 2 hours, i also have a decent pc
