Hi, I need help with this problem. I paid 300 hours on February 25 and I still have not been able to use my hours because of this error.

Is there a reason why your IP address is the same as 6x other RuneMate accounts, including @kaiser which you have as a favourite within your Chrome bookmarks bar?

Creating multiple RuneMate accounts to attempt to get around the hours limit won't work, and results in issues like what you're facing now.

You're right, but I pay both bills, so they should work the same.
for example, you can have 10 accounts, but if I pay 300 hours in each, there should be no problem, I mean?

and you still do not tell me, what should I do, because as you saw, I paid and still have my hours available, the question is, how do I use them?

you have the right to buy two chocolates and decide when to eat each one, if I want to eat both of them in my house, I have the right to do so. You are asking me to eat one in my house and the other in another house (IP).
and although you have a minimum reason, I have my chocolate and I can not eat it, how do I eat it?
I already ate one, I want to eat the other one? How do I do it?

I had similar problem cause i had problems with the hours too, and didint read the "little" print that said you can actually buy the hours to your ONE account wich YOU use with your rs accounts. If you create multiple accounts, and still buy the supporter all to the accounts, it wont matter, you should understand that you are getting still hundreds of free hours under same IP adress for free every month for all those accouns even if thy are supporters. So just do it like we all do it, pay the 3 dollars for support, and keep the site going.
I dont want to be any aggressive here, but this is just my opinion. I got all my other accounts banned, and in my opinion i got what i deserved, but i got to keep one of my original account, and now i just buy all the hours i need for it.

Peace and keep gaming!

Regardless of how you feel, the issue here is you are abusing our system and breaking our rules. Hours used across multiple accounts will combine.

100 hours used on account #1 will appear on account #2's usage history too.

The only way around this is to use the system how it was built, and without breaking our rules, by using ONE and ONE RuneMate account only.

Hi mouzlixulu, thanks for write. you right, I'm trying to do the same, just two accounts and that's it.

I'll agree that you're right for a moment.
but your system has a problem, it should be well configured to recognize each account individually and not an IP, for example, only the user who pays for the ticket can enter to the concert, the IP is the concert, the entrance is the hours. I'm trying to say your system should be able to recognize who pays and who does not. At the moment, your system only recognizes the number of hours an IP uses, it does not recognize who uses the hours and how. It is the reason why your system do not have a payment history.

Anyway, thanks for your help.

Hi again.
I'm following your advice, just a runemate account, just a PC, I paid another 600 hours. But, I get the same error, I do not understand that.
I sent you the captures.

The reason hours are counted against an IP address versus against an account, is to stop people like you trying to abuse the system.

I don't have anything more to add here, you abused the system and suffered the consequences. End of story as far as I'm concerned.

Stop using multiple accounts, let your hours reset and you won't have this issue again.
