Now that I have you below semi proffesionals attention look at the issues you cause your customers and resolve them, otherwise this is just a proffessional looking site with a bunch of low level "buisness owners" running it. So have some respect and RESPOND AND RESOLVE.

Rant over, now over to the issue

I had 35 hours remaining that turned into MINUS 250 hours the next day

I purchased 400 more hours hoping it will resolve the problem since you guys dont give 2 shits

now I have - MINUS 100 hours

is this a scam site or what?

Just because you don't understand the concept of the supporter system, which to be fair is very confusing at first since it is very uncommon for a botting site, doesn't mean you are getting scammed or anything like that.

As I said, you don't quite seem to understand the system and since I doubt you have read the corresponding FAQ, let me tell you this:
When making a payment, you do NOT buy hours. You simply raise the allowance of usable hours for the following 30 days accordingly to the amount you have paid. After those 30 days the payment expires and your allowance is back to 200 again. If you have botted more than 200 hours in the past 30 days, the hours you are allowed to use will be negative, meaning you either have to wait until it drops below your 200 hours allowance, or make another payment.

Yes, it's working as intended.

While I like the idea of a scaling supporter system where you get as many hours as you pay for, I don't think this one is realized well enough.

also why the fuck would it be negative....
You buy 400 hours
you use 410 hours
month ends
you get - 200 hours

feels to me like you get punished for buying more hours...

Keep being a smartass and i'll just ban you to avoid dealing with your shit. If you actually looked properly you'd have found the answer to your question. There is no bug. You misunderstand how it works. Read the Tutorial - Billing and Payment FAQ.
Sounds like someone else on your network is using runemate too. Again, you clearly don't understand how it works. Case closed.
