When I start a bot, login handler doesn't work. Fails to fill in data(email&password), keeps flicking between welcome to runescape & login screen.

having the same problem, and having problems with all the bots, specially zulrah prime :S

Tutorial - "Help, today is Thursday and X bot is broken!"
Hi, if I or anyone else linked you to this thread, you're probably complaining and/or respectfully inquiring about a bot/the client is broken on a Thursday.
Jagex updates OSRS every Thursday, and their changes sometimes break bot clients -- RuneMate and other clients too! The client devs/admins around here are usually pretty quick about fixing/updating the bots, but they do have jobs and responsibilities in real life as well. You can usually expect a fix to take between a couple hours to a day, but if it does take a little while, please be patient.
