I clicked Play on the bot Dirty and Dark offerings v1.00.00 and it charged me 0,12$ instantly but the bot failed to start. It's not working at all for me but i still paid for a whole hour without being able to use it at all..

I'm wondering if i can get refund since i was not able to use it even for a second..

I'm sure Dark would be happy to send you a refund, but as of right now there is no facility to do that. The ability to transfer credits has been removed and we (authors) don't have a way to reimburse people right now through RuneMate

Okay, so i have to contact them directly to get reimbursed? Because when i click the Support and Feedback button it directs me to what seems like a post made a year ago ? Should i reply to this post so someone can see it ?

Okay, i get that you can't refund me even though you wanted to. But i'm wondering if there is any way to do so ? It's not about the 0,12$ itself more than the principle that i litteraly paid for a bug.

The bot has NOT been updated as u clearly stated previously.
we do NOT have the ability to send a refund at all, this will likely change in future but as it stands nothing can be done

Okay thanks for the help. As i said, i know you guys can't refund i was just wondering if Runemate (the app itself) could do something but i get it !
