Is it possible to tell what items another player has equipped?
This is for Runescape 3.

I would like to know as well. Mostly for some advanced anti-pk stuff

I've also been looking for the best method of hopping worlds that deals with the 5 minute logout timer
 
Another thing I noticed is that I can't use the getId() method to get the ID of an overhead icon
