Bug Instances not Resetting

Runemate will not close nicely on my computer -- occasionally it freezes indefinitely and when I relaunch it it thinks I am still running 2 instances. This issue fixed itself the first time or two it happened but now it has been 12+ hours and the system still thinks I am running 2 instances. Can a mod clear this for me?

You should restart your computer, and if it is still happening. make sure nobody else is on your account...

Went to bed last night with the issue. Got up this morning and can't start any still with the same issue. The client had a forced shutdown since it froze, I think that is what caused the issue.

If you have to force close it with a bot or more running, then it will cause the problem. If no bots are running it shouldnt matter if you force close it.

Yup, I am aware that it causes problems. However when it freezes there is not much I can do. If it hasn't sorted itself out in a few minutes it is obviously in some sort of deadlock. So, the issue remains. Can a mod clear this for me somehow?

I dont know... I'd rather not bother them right now but since it seems this problem isnt fixing itself. @Arbiter I forget if it's you or cloud who deals with this, but i am guessing it's you. Idk if you can do anything. TY
