Infinite Monkeys submitted a new resource:

Infinite Combat - Murder for fun and profit!

Fights NPCs, safespots, loots and alchs. Can fight sand and rock crabs.

Combat
Type in the name of the NPC you want to fight.

Looting
Type the exact name of an item in the text box, then click + to add it to the loot list or - to remove it. The +> button will also add it to the alch list.

Alching
Make sure you have the runes/items to cast high alchemy plenty of times (without weapon switching - the alchemy spell must be castable in your combat gear). Items can...

It says null thrown whenever you try to start it. Do you have a thread explaining the parameters of the bot? Like how to correctly set it up or its restrictions? I think having a safe-spot able bot on runemate would be very advantageous, so any fixes you could make would be much appreciated.

Works fine for me!

Some suggestions that would improve this bot dramatically:

Have it be "Loot items worth over X" if this is even possible.

And for safe-spotting, I think it would benefit from right clicking the current square, right after engaging an enemy. So as soon as it realizes it's changing coordinates, it can click "walk here" and end up at the safe-spot. That's how players safe-spot at least.

Pretty sure the first suggestion is possible, I'll do it when I have time and (probably) when my farming bot is released. As for the second option, I'm not sure it's possible considering how the bot handles interactions, and if it is it'd be a pain in the ass to code for a very small performance benefit. Could easily make it hover the mouse over the safespot ready, though. I'll try that next update.

Will sort this out within a week or two probably.

Been running for a hour / smooth but I noticed it spam clicks while fighting, is this normal?
This was to stop the bot from getting stuck not attacking (usually from levelling up a skill) but I've just changed it to check animations instead, so it should stop doing this once the update is pushed.

Can't wait for the farmer! You're really putting out useful stuff. So many basic things are missing, and it's lovely that you're picking up on that ^^

But, you just gotta make the safespotting more natural and clever somehow. Like, hover the safespot 90% of the time, and as soon as it notices the character start moving away from it, except when looting etc.. It should click back to the safespot. But you probably know better, just giving suggestions :p

Could you add a Main Weapon / Finisher Weapon for fighting animals like rockslogs and for instance you use the blowpipe but to kill them you switch to brine sabre. That would be dope to add in my opinion as well as a spec usage / spec weapon option for extra xp ph.

Would also like to see cannon use option.

It would be great if you could make the bot eat food so it has space for items. I've noticed it just spam clicks on a dropped item when the inventory is full.

i cant figure out how to get this working properly, i boot up the script set a safespot and pick an npc, however it doesnt target any npcs, once i target one manualy it does to back to the safespot?

highly doubt the script is broken so if anyone has some hints on how to set this up properly id much appreciate it
