You can use Alpha fighter and just fight + loot NPC's that drop lots of charms...

I was hoping someone could make a bot that handles this. Alpha fighter is nice and all but it doesn't utilize safe spots for magic which forces you to run to the bank occasionally for food. Charm farming is easier higher combat levels.
