Bug I upgraded my account, but am being told I've already used all 300 hours

I just as of right now upgraded my account, but when I tried to have the program continue, I am being told that the 300 hours I just purchased have already been completely used. Is there something I am missing or some sort of verification?

Before purchasing anything today, were you a free user, or did you have an existing supporter package?

Do you bot on a shared network or use a VPN?
