You are likely on a shared network or using a VPN where someone else on your network has used up the hours. If this is the case you should speak to your service provider and ask them to give each connecting user a unique public IP address.

I assume you're using a trial version of a premium bot and you're out of hours on that specific bot

it says five hours. but ive used way more than that with it before until it used up the monthly 200 hours. those ran out so i bought more and continued, its just now sayin that my 5 hours of monthly usage is up.
