i questioned about the hours situation twice already. okay!? i have been using visual rm dev (the free one). i knew i was running out of hours. stopped using runemates services, stopped using visual rm, i stopped using both after i was "informed" about being down to 50 something hours.. which seemed realistic based on how i have been using these services. i ran 6 bots for 5 hours, went from 50 something hours to 20 something, which seemed right, until, i stopped using all of the services, after running 5 bots for 6 hours for one more time. 6 twelve eighteen twenty four thirty, that is five more hours times six, i ran 6 fucking bots, for five more hours at the same time when i got down to twenty something, my hours ran out after that, i thought they would i wanted to see, graciously i was allowed to go to negative 5 hours after that, then i stopped. I MOTHERFUCKING STOPPED!@!!!!!!. then decided, before starting again, TO CHECK MY HOURS AGAIN, AND BEFORE I GOT THE CHANCE, IT WENT FROM NEGATIVE 5 TO FIVE FUCKING HUNDRED NEGATIVE, THAT IS 5 FUCKING DOLLARS THAT I DID NOT SPEND. IT HAPPENED HOURS AFTER I CHECKED AND THOUGHT I WAS DONE. OF COURSE, SINCE THEN I PAID MORE, PROBABLY LIKE A DUMBASS. PLEASE TELL ME HOW THESE HOURS ADD THE FUCK UP. SERIOUSLY PARDON MY FRENCH. BUT FOR REAL, THE ONLY THING THAT WOULD MAKE SENSE IS IF YOU CHARGED FOR THE HOURS BEFORE I RAN ALL OF THE HOURS YOU GAVE BECAUSE THERE WAS ONE SINGLE INSTANCE TO WHERE MY MACHINE FROZE AND I HAD TO RESET AFTER NOT EVEN 20 MINUTES OUT OF THE 5 HOURS I THOUGHT I WAS DEALING WITH. I HAVE ASKED BEFORE AND I AM ASKING AGAIN. SOME ONE PLEASE TELL ME HOW THIS SHIT ADDS UP SO THAT I KNOW WHAT THE FUCK TO EXPECT I AM GOD DAMN SERIOUS BECAUSE LAST TIME I CHECKED I HAVE NOT DONE ANYTHING RIDICULOUS TO GO OUT OF MY WAY TO FUCK WITH ANYONES MONEY SITUATION, PLEASE TELL ME WHAT I CAN EXPECT BECAUSE I THOUGHT I WAS DOING GOOD UNTIL I GOT FUCKED OUT OF NOWHERE PLEASE TELL ME SO I CAN KNOW WHAT TO EXPECT.

runemate uses a confusing system your month expired that's all, I suggest you make enough gp to fund your runemate maybe use 1-2 bots to make GP to sell for

But how the hours work is lets say there is 30 days in the month
and you use 3 hours a day every day of the month
on the 31st day you would get your 3 hours back, same with every day after that. you don't get a refresh after the month you get yours hours back daily.

I have similar problem except it actually shows in my services stats that I've only used 78 hours this month but its saying I've hit 300. how can I get this fixed?
