I just have a question regarding the bots that cost money per hour... I was using one last night and this is the result... waaaaaay more charges for the price per hour.

How many instances were you trying to run
Did you stop and restart at any point
Did it crash repeatedly or were you getting errors

It was pretty much stop/restart as I was trying to profit off of cleaning herbs, would be cool if it only charged me for the hour and not for each stop/start. Only 1 instance and no crashing.

That's how RuneMate makes its money. You end up spending more money on restarts because of bad bot crashes etc than you do even just normally botting sadly. Main reason I'm finding a new bot. Hopefully they fix this soon so I can use it. I wouldn't mind even if prices were increased o bots, but there is no way i'm going to continue to support something that steals money from you every time the bot crashes

Please review Tutorial - Wallet and Premium Bots FAQ.

All premium bots should allow you to change settings while it is running to avoid having to restart it multiple times. If this is not the case, please bring it to our attention. Premium bots should not crash either, so if it crashes consistently please report it to the Bot Author so they can fix it promptly. Any premium bots that cannot satisfy these basic conditions are subject to removal.

Really? Because the woodcutting bot I was using that is premium kept closing the entire instance. And my problem isn't with changing settings, changing settings works fine but when a premium bot crashes and closes the instance, which has happened over 6 times for me, then I am paying for a bot crashing. And after reading the FAQ and realizing that I have to collect evidence every time and selectively make refund requests in threads for every crash and the refund is only up to the bot owners directive, this all seemed even more muddy.

It'd be a lot nicer if you guys could just develop a system that accurately pays out due to how much time spent on the bot, from the time you open the instance to the time you close it.

Not to be rude, but I've heard this complaint before and it's never made sense to me. If a premium bot keeps crashing, then either you're really not using it properly or the bot is temporarily broken due to an update, and either way just stop using it and request a refund. Premium bots shouldn't be crashing.

Well then I guess I'm bringing this bot to your attention :p QuickHerblorePRO - With this bot, as soon as its finished cleaning however many herbs you specified, it auto stops the bot. No options anywhere to change this setting causing it to charge multiple times.

This bot supports queuing multiple tasks with different types and amounts of herbs. If you wish for it to run multiple things then you need to specify it. Stopping on completion of all tasks is obviously desired behavior, so your account isn't just idling in-game. Unfortunately, bots aren't advanced enough to read minds yet.

The issue is I don't have the cash to buy multiple max stacks of herbs to clean, having to buy a set amount, clean, sell, re buy, etc....

I recommend pausing the bot or using a break handler to automatically pause it before it finishes. You can also request the Bot Author add an option to disable auto-stopping when tasks are completed.
