Get back online once OSRS is updated, or does this depend on whatever the individual may be botting?

I'm currently using Prime NMZ so was curious whether if an update occurs, how long it normally takes for me to back online and botting.

Depends entirely on the Administrators their availability, and the amount of things that got broken due to the update. Could be from a couple of minutes, up to multiple days if no admin is able to be online.
If you want to be certain, ask in Discord or Slack.

Bots are broken this morning. Dang Just got a bunch of new ones up and running and Regal Thieving broke. Hope its fixed soon
