I want to start a second account there, and I wonder how the bans are compared to RS3 using RuneMate ofcourse. RS3 seems safe of what I botted, but what about OSRS?

Do as many quests as you can and try to get every skill (Yes, also Farming and Construction) to like 50+

Yeah, just juggle your skills quests and you will be fine.
