so is there an actual way to track this free usage ... i signed up for 3$ supporter with 300 hours .. used all those so i purchased 6 dollars for 600 hours and it says ive used up the 600 hours even though i only used 300 according to the tracker.

i paid 9 dollars total ( 3 then 6 when 300 was hit ) shouldnt i have 900 hours ?

if i sign up now for another 6 dollar sub is this going to give me 600 more hours ??

how do i know when they reset ? says i signed up may 17th for 600 hours and june 17th 1 month later i have 0 ? should this reset or does it add hours when you use like tomorrow i should have x amount i spent last may 17th day ?

going from $3 to $6 only gives you 300 more hours not 600

There are two RuneMate accounts on your IP address.

Creating multiple accounts to attempt to get around the hours limit won't work, and is against our rules.

If the other account on your IP address is a legitimate account (family member, shared network etc.) then that is fine. But as you've discovered, your hours usage will combine between the two accounts.

American Express - maybe i should read the rules first, but i was most definitely not trying to cheat the rules or that would be sad considering i didn't even get a VPN first. i signed up for 3 months at first then realized the whole limit thing then it wouldn't let me upgrade my account to 6 dollars so i was forced to make a new one to BUY more hours. i figured it would tack on from the previous 300, but when does that reset as i feel like it has been a month since the OG 3 dollar purchase.

it's a 30 day rolling window. the hours you used 30 days ago, free up today

So i am back again because, after 2 days none of my usauge have reset and the dates have changed from may 18th to may 20th.

again anyway to see when i will actually be able to use this or keep randomly trying.

i keep purchasing credit in the mean time, but is this counting as my free very confused.

premium bots do not count towards free usage. you can use premium while over your limit. if you didn't gain any hours over that time, you didn't spend any over that time a month ago.

You can view all of the sessions that count towards your monthly usage quota at Store > Recent Sessions. The last session on that list will drop off one month after it ended, both from the list and from your monthly usage quota usage.
