Hi, my roommate and myself share internet obviously, but we both bot. Our hours seem to be shared and causing myself to not be able to run any bot although I have not used any hours of the 300 I have. I have looked around for a fix and couldn't find one. Any help to resolve this issue without having to add another internet connection would be nice. Or use of a VPN. Thank you.

Update: I have connected to my phones hotspot being as it is a different IP and I am still having the same issue.

Multiple Runemate accounts on the same Network will result in all users hours being combined. This is not a bug
Would this still apply after changing the IP? Because I have done that and I am still getting the same outcome. Some clarity on that would be appreciated.

You will have to either wait for hours to roll off the account or purchase more hours and run off the seperate IP(ur horspot). Or purchase additional hours and run off your hime network altho would be slightly more costly

My brother/sister/other uses RuneMate in my house, will our hours combine?
Yes. Hours used across multiple RuneMate accounts from the same IP address will combine. EG: Account001 uses 10 hours on a Monday; these 10 hours will also show up on Account002's usage history for Monday.

Why are my hours disappearing so quickly? I haven't used that many hours?
You are likely on a shared network or using a VPN where someone else on your network has used up the hours. If this is the case you should speak to your service provider and ask them to give each connecting user a unique public IP address

I guess I'm just not understanding, I have used 0 hours on this account. Using a separate IP that not a single person has used besides myself. And still receiving the same outcome as if I have used all of my hours.
Thanks for the help.

The system is in place to prevent single person from creating multiple Runemate accounts to avoid spending on more hours, may not seem ideal in your scenario but the system works as intended
