For the past 2 months, I've been having issues with hours been used that I haven't actually used. I had an issue with it starting in Dec. but I figured it was because a script froze on me multiple times, but used my hours. Now in Jan. I didn't use Runemate at all until the 28th, but it's showing that it was used 9 days total starting at the beginning of Jan. Just trying to get some help on how to fix this. I don't care about it too much considering it's free hours, but any help on how to prevent this in the future would be appreciated. Thanks!

This usually happens when you bot on networks that you share with others that bot as well. School networks are a common example of this. Could this have happened to you?

I'm seeing multiple RuneMate accounts under your IP address.

Creating multiple accounts to attempt to get around the hours limit will not work and is against our rules.

As stated in the FAQ:

My brother/sister/other uses RuneMate in my house, will our hours combine?
Yes. Hours used across multiple RuneMate accounts from the same IP address will combine. EG: Account001 uses 10 hours on a Monday; these 10 hours will also show up on Account002's usage history for Monday.

Thanks for the response! I do have a brother who uses Runemate as well on the same network.
