Resolved Hour Purchasing System Question

I purchased 300 hours earlier this month, which have somehow been used.
I mean, considering I mostly have used premium bots, I'd say that's fairly inaccurate. It would be a stretch for me to drop that kinda cash.

I wanted to buy more time (and hopefully not have it disappear so quickly) but I wanted to know, if I purchased 400 hours from the "upgrade" page, will I get 400 hours or just 100 hours added onto the 300 I purchased earlier?

Is anyone else running runemate on your network?

If you pay $4 on top of whatever you've already paid this month it will only add 200 hours to your limit because 200 of the 400 hours mentioned on the upgrade page are the free hours you get as a normal member.

So when you buy hours you're 'buying against' the 200 that are free? Interesting.

Not to sound rude but it clearly states what you get with your dollar contribution.

There is no room for confusion if you take the time to look at what you are agreeing to, before committing to a payment.

So as soon as you purchase hours you don't get 200 free.

:rolleyes: So at $2 supporter you actually aren't buying hours just supporter script access.

You're still getting your 200 free but it's not $1 per 100 hours. It's $2 + ($1 per 100 hours )
The $2 subscription is for those just looking to get access to supporter bots and nothing more.

So I have used up my 500 hours this month. If I go ahead and make another one time 5$ payment would my account get +500 hours?

No... As i literally just said above your post, you'll get 300 hours because 200 of the hours mentioned in the description are the free ones you've already used.

Why complicate things so much? I understand that I have already used the 200 free hours. And since I already have supporter status for the month why am I paying $2 extra?

You're not paying $2 extra. When you paid $5 you got 500 hours total. That includes your 200 free hours. You're not paying $1 per 100 hours. Your paying $2 + ($1 per 100 hours). If you have suggestions feel free to post in the client and site suggestions section.
