Hello, Looking for help here. i recently sub for $3.00 USD because the free 200 hours are up and less then 48 hours I'm getting a message saying my time is up ....

Purchased Wednesday night around 5-6PM when i got back from camping and noticed today it stopped. thought it was a glitch, but it wont let me.

The dashboard view to check hours is not currently available (RuneMate recently underwent massive changes both on the client and website).

Are you seeing the warning appear when trying to run premium bots (that charge per hour of use), or free bots?

If you are using premium bots, you can continue to bot even if you have used over your monthly hours allowance.

This happens too all my free ones, there is no way i used up 300 hours in 2 days, but it took me 2-3 weeks to use up 200 the first time.

First time with Runemate and got super positive outcomes so i decided to start with being a supporter starting small at 3.00 USD which would give me the extra 100 hours AND i can use 3 accounts at once. 2-3 days later 300 hours is up from only 2 accounts ... its legit impossible even if i ran 24/7.

NOW if the system only added an extra 100 hours because i already used 200 free ones that could be, but if i become a supporter my hours should reset as soon as i do.

this is exactly how the system works, and no your hours should not reset after buying supporter

So if i go and support another $3.00 dollars right now, i would still be over my limit even though i donated $3.00 yesterday then again today or would it calc into lvl 6 support ... ( 3+3 ) ?

AE - it does work with premium paid, so ill just do this once the X amount of support hours are up.

LOL probably should of read the fine print first eh, but the hour usage page should get updated ASAP that is key as myself/others might not remember exactly what day the free hours will come back.
