Hey guys,

I went ahead and followed the tutorial by uninstalling everything, and reinstalling allowing rune mate to install the correct java, but it's still not working. I have attached a few photos to show my computer's specifications as well as the error message I'm getting. I've tried the standalone as well, and it came up with a different error message that I can't recall, but that didn't work either. Let me know what you think I should do. :)

Thank-you, J

I could never get the official mac version to work i just use the standalone version. What’s the error the standalone version gives?

Can't open .jar file, says it cannot … - Apple Community

I’ll go ahead and assume you’ve git the wrong java version just from resding that thread, but you should read that thread and follow what the OP does and try to do it yourself as well to see if you get similar errors.

To fix this you’ll need to download the correct version of Java which is 1.8 I believe.

Awesome man, thank-you so much! I think I've done this and even a third error message follows. If so, I will tell you what it says! haha Wish me luck.

Thanks again, Jordan
