This ran for 13 hours and never cut itself off after it chopped like 100 logs in 11 minutes. I would like a refund but i dont know how to request them anymore...

You've requested the refund and I've approved it, it fished at Musa Point and chopped logs in Lumbridge for 90 minutes before logging out and not logging back in again. Party has recently updated the client to fix a bug where bots would idle infinitely when logged out, which I can only assume is what happened here.
