Help please having trouble loading bot 1st time

Hi!
Im a Macbook user.
So I just registered on this website and bought some credit to try out the bot.
Unfortunately im having issues loading/starting the bot it says :
"Failed to bind the client because of an Agentloadexception"

take a look at the screenshot below to check out the issue i am having. Please someone help me out I'd appreciate it alot.

By the way I have the "standalone" version of the client. Since I tried the "Mac" Version and installed it but unfortunately it didnt even open up for me.

can somebody fucking help me lol seriously...

Have you tried the following:

Uninstall RuneScape
Uninstall RuneMate
Uninstall any Java versions

Download & install RuneScape
Download & install RuneMate

RuneMate will automatically install the required Java version.

I did still the same issue
can't someone Teamview me and try to help? lol this is so depressing...
