Hello,

I just noticed that I have been getting charged automatically everytime I start a paid script regardless of how long I have botted for.

A picture is attached to show what happened.

Essentially I started the script two times to figure out my optimal settings (and the bot was getting stuck...) and the total run time for these two starts was around 1-2 minutes. I then actually botted for an hour on the third start of the paid script.

I just feel like I was scammed haha. My total run time for this script is about 1 hour and 2 minutes and yet I was charged for 3 hours.

I can understand to charge first for an hour, but then actually wait for the bot to be ran for an hour before charging the second...

any help is appreciated thanks.

After doing some research it seems you get charged the first hour even when using it shorter than that.

I can understand getting charged first then running the bot. but dont charge me everytime I start the script... wait for me to actually bot for an hour before charging me for a second hour :/

I understand your frustration but this is how the payment system works.
Always make sure you read the payments FAQ before purchasing.

If you want to file a complaint, contact the admins @Arbiter or @Cloud

The FAQ clearly states:

You purchase $5 in credits. You then start a bot that costs $0.05/hr. Upon starting the bot you will be charged for the first hour of use. If you only run the bot for 30 minutes, you will still have been charged for the full hour. When the second hour starts you will be charged another $0.05. This will continue to happen until the bot is stopped. If you run the bot for 3 hours you will be charged a total of $0.15 so your wallet balance will now be $4.85

If you have an issue with a premium bot (eg: it doesn't work) contact the bot author in the bot thread and explain your case, it is at their discretion whether they refund you.
