As title says, frames are terrible while running runemate bots. Started being slow about a week or 2 ago. tried reinstalling runemate and runescape clients. Didn't fix.
 
Fixed..not sure how to delete this post.
Just updated my PC and now working as normal.

16 GB DDR4

Running a single bot and CPU usage is at 70%+ with just Runemate+OSRS client running.

EDIT: What did you update exactly?

EDIT2: Updated my OS (windows 10) and reinstalled runemate, no change.

Sorry you guys are having the same issue! Once I updated my pc and restarted I ran runemate and it ran smooth again.

I updated to the most current version of Windows 10 and also:
March 1, 2019 — KB4486553 Cumulative update for .NET Framework 3.5 and 4.7.2 for Windows 10, version 1809 and Windows Server 2019
